بهنام بانی، خواننده پاپ ایرانی، در ۱۱ مهر ۱۳۶۶ در دامغان متولد شد. او از کودکی به موسیقی علاقه داشت و آموزش موسیقی را نزد پدرش که نوازنده آکاردئون بود آغاز کرد. در دوران نوجوانی، تحت آموزش استادانی چون محمد نوری، موسیقی را به‌طور حرفه‌ای دنبال کرد. در ۱۹ سالگی با گروه موسیقی روژان آشنا شد و همکاری داشت. او فعالیت حرفه‌ای خود را از سال ۱۳۹۵ با انتشار ترانه علاقه خاص با همکاری حامد برادران آغاز کرد.
محبوبیت او با انتشار ترانه‌هایش افزایش یافت و نخستین کنسرتش در مرداد ۱۳۹۶ با رکورد فروش سریع بلیت‌ها همراه بود. وی تیتراژهای تلویزیونی متعددی از جمله برنامه ماه عسل و سریال زخم کاری را اجرا کرده است. بانی همچنین تجربه بازیگری دارد و در فیلم گشت ارشاد ۳ ایفای نقش کرد که در دوران کرونا با وجود محدودیت‌ها، فروش موفقی داشت.
او تاکنون تک‌آهنگ‌های متعددی منتشر کرده که از جمله محبوب‌ترین آن‌ها می‌توان به وای دل بی‌قرارم، قرص قمر و این عشقه اشاره کرد. بسیاری از آثار او توسط حامد برادران آهنگسازی و تنظیم شده‌اند. بانی در طول فعالیت خود با ترانه‌سرایان و آهنگسازان مطرحی همکاری داشته و آثارش با استقبال گسترده مخاطبان روبه‌رو شده است.
علاوه بر موسیقی، او در سال ۱۳۹۹ در سریال پایتخت ۶ به عنوان بازیگر مهمان حضور یافت. همچنین نماهنگ‌های مختلفی از ترانه‌های او منتشر شده است. بهنام بانی به دلیل سبک خاص اجرا و ارتباط قوی با هواداران، یکی از چهره‌های برجسته موسیقی پاپ ایران محسوب می‌شود.
وی در سال ۱۴۰۲ ، در جشن حافظ عنوان بهترین خواننده پاپ سال را کسب کرد. با انتشار مداوم آثار جدید، همچنان به فعالیت خود در عرصه موسیقی ادامه می‌دهد و به عنوان یکی از موفق‌ترین خوانندگان پاپ ایران شناخته می‌شود.
Behnam Bani, an Iranian pop singer, was born on October 3, 1987, in Damghan. He had a passion for music from an early age and began learning music from his father, who was an accordion player. During his teenage years, he received professional training under renowned musicians such as Mohammad Nouri. At the age of 19, he joined the Rojan music group and collaborated with them. His professional career officially began in 2016 with the release of the song Alaghe Khas (Special Interest) in collaboration with Hamed Baradaran.
His popularity soared with the release of his songs, and his first live concert in August 2017 broke records by selling out in just a few minutes. He has performed theme songs for several television programs, including Mah-e Asal and the series Zakhm Kari (Fatal Wound). Bani has also ventured into acting, starring in the film Gasht Ershad 3, which, despite pandemic restrictions, achieved significant box office success.
