فرزاد فرزین، خواننده و بازیگر محبوب ایرانی، در تاریخ ۳ تیر ۱۳۶۰ در تهران به دنیا آمد. او از سال ۱۳۷۸ فعالیت حرفه‌ای خود را در دنیای موسیقی آغاز کرد و تاکنون هفت آلبوم رسمی منتشر کرده است. علاوه بر موسیقی، او در زمینه بازیگری نیز فعالیت دارد و در فیلم‌ها و سریال‌های معروفی مانند «پسران آجری»، «مانکن»، و «ملکه گدایان» نقش‌آفرینی کرده است. فرزین به خاطر صدای خاص و سبک هنری منحصر به فرد خود توانسته جایگاه ویژه‌ای در موسیقی و سینمای ایران به دست آورد.
فرزاد فرزین فعالیت خود را با گروه «کروز» شروع کرد، اما به زودی برای کار روی آلبوم انفرادی خود گروه را ترک کرد. نخستین آلبوم او با نام «شراره» در سال ۱۳۸۳ منتشر شد و مورد استقبال قرار گرفت. آلبوم‌های بعدی او، از جمله «شوک» و «شانس»، به موفقیت‌های بیشتری دست یافتند و فروش بالایی را تجربه کردند. فرزاد همچنین در تنظیم و آهنگسازی آثارش نقشی فعال داشته و در کنسرت‌های متعددی در سراسر ایران حضور داشته است.
فرزاد فرزین در جشنواره‌های بین‌المللی نیز حضور پررنگی داشته است. او به نمایندگی از ایران در جشنواره «Art-Football» در روسیه شرکت کرد و جایزه بهترین اجرای موسیقی زنده را برای قطعه «با تو» دریافت کرد. او همچنین با هنرمندان بین‌المللی مانند چیکو بنت همکاری کرده و در تلاش برای ورود به بازار جهانی موسیقی، آثاری به زبان انگلیسی نیز منتشر کرده است.
فرزین با اجرای کنسرت‌های خلاقانه و متفاوت، استانداردهای جدیدی در موسیقی پاپ ایران تعریف کرده است. از جمله کنسرت‌های برجسته او می‌توان به «کنسرت ماسک» و اولین کنسرت 3D Mapping ایران اشاره کرد. او با استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین و دکورهای خاص، توانسته توجه زیادی به اجراهای زنده خود جلب کند و تجربه‌های جدیدی را برای مخاطبان به ارمغان بیاورد.
