He completed his studies in painting at Kamal-ol-Molk Art School in Rasht and further pursued music at Azad University in Tehran, focusing on the setar and piano.<\/p>\n<p>In 2005, Homay founded the musical group &#8220;Mastan Ensemble,&#8221; dedicated to performing traditional Persian music. Combining Sufi poetry with classical melodies, the ensemble has held numerous concerts in Iran and internationally, including in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Homay serves as the group&#8217;s lead vocalist, composer, and lyricist.<\/p>\n<p>A distinctive aspect of Homay&#8217;s artistry is his performance of songs in Gilaki and Talysh languages, reflecting his deep connection to the local culture and music of Gilan. He has also staged operas such as &#8220;Hallaj,&#8221; depicting the life and thoughts of the renowned Persian mystic Mansur al-Hallaj.<\/p>\n<p>By blending traditional Persian music with modern elements, Homay has crafted a unique style that resonates with audiences both domestically and internationally.
