Hengameh Barzin<\/strong> with the stage name Hengameh<\/strong> (born on August, 1964 in Lahijan) is an Iranian pop singer living in Los Angeles.
\nHengema was born in Lahijan. He came to Tehran with his family and older sister when he was three years old. His father was the one who supported him to participate in the field of singing and acting, and he participated in the music classes of a number of Iranian traditional music masters. Learning to play reed and flute and learning Persian classical music modes (Radif) by his father formed the musical foundation of Hengeme; So that he benefited from the support of his family and friends. After finishing his education (the end of high school), he got married and had a daughter named “Sogand” and after immigrating from Iran, he entered the singing profession. Hengameh always mentions Gogoosh as his role model in music<\/p>\n
