<strong>Afshin<\/strong>, is a pop singer, songwriter, composer, and guitarist born on May 6, 1978, in Babol, Mazandaran Province, Iran. He spent his early childhood in Babol before moving to Tehran. His mother is from Babol, and his father hails from Firouzkouh. In 1995, Afshin relocated to Mannheim, Germany, to reunite with his mother after his parents&#8217; separation.<\/p>\n<p>Afshin&#8217;s music career began in 1999 with the release of his debut album <em>Booye Baroon<\/em> under Pars Video. His subsequent albums, including <em>Setareh<\/em> (2002), <em>As o Pas<\/em> (2004), and <em>Mach<\/em> (2005), showcased a fusion of dance, hip-hop, and Persian rhythms. Notably, his brother participated as a rap vocalist in <em>As o Pas<\/em>. Later works include <em>Taranei Baraye X<\/em> (2009), <em>Gheir-e Ghanooni<\/em> (2013), and his latest album <em>Babam Migoft<\/em> (2017), further cementing his place in Persian pop music. Over the years, Afshin has also collaborated with artists like Hossein Tohi and Amir Tataloo.<\/p>\n<p>With a global fanbase, Afshin has performed over 300 live concerts in countries such as the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and more. His concerts are supported by his A-Team band, which includes his brother, Amir Ali. Among his many songs, <em>Dokhtar Shirazi<\/em> stands out as a unique piece reflecting Persian traditions in its music video.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, Afshin founded the Melodica Art Center in the UAE, one of the Middle East&#8217;s largest institutions for teaching music and dance. The center offers classes in piano, guitar, drums, ballet, and more, led by international instructors.
